The Safety Net Foundation & The Safety Net Consultants Website and Print Project
A connected website and print project for a not for profit CIC and consultancy.
Project Overview
The Safety Net Foundation is a volunteer led Community Interest Company and not for profit social enterprise focused on supporting health and safety professionals through mentoring, training and community. At its core, the foundation exists to improve social mobility by supporting individuals from lower socio economic backgrounds and providing access to guidance, experience and professional networks they may not otherwise have.
Safety Net Consultants was established to complement the foundation’s work, providing professional health and safety consultancy services with social value at the heart of everything they do. Together, the two organisations form a connected ecosystem that delivers practical safety solutions while giving back through meaningful social impact.
Killed Pixel Studio was brought in to design and deliver two separate but closely linked websites, alongside supporting print materials, to help both organisations launch professionally and communicate their purpose clearly.
The project needed to:
• Establish professional credibility with partners, stakeholders and funders
• Be clear and easy to navigate for multiple audiences
• Support future growth without needing a rebuild
• Communicate values, purpose and impact clearly
• Provide printed materials to support their first live events
Our Solution
We delivered a complete digital and print solution including:
• Two separate, professionally designed websites
• A linked structure allowing both sites to reference and support each other
• Aligned branding across both organisations for consistency
• Clear page layouts focused on clarity and accessibility
• Print materials including A5 flyers, hard hat stickers, a reusable roller banner and business cards for key team members
• Donated design and print support to help the organisations launch within a limited budget
• A scalable foundation ready for future systems, automation and digital development
Part of the design and print work was donated to support the foundation’s mission and ensure both organisations could launch professionally without compromise.
The Result
Both organisations now have a clear, professional online presence that accurately reflects their values, purpose and expertise. The websites make it easier to explain their work to partners and supporters, reinforce credibility and provide a strong foundation for future growth.
The supporting print materials enabled the team to present themselves confidently at events and engage with their community from day one.
Client Feedback
“Working with Tyler at Killed Pixel has been a real pleasure. He’s delivered two websites that not only look great but clearly reflect who we are and what we are trying to achieve across The Safety Net Foundation and Consultants.
What has been most valuable is how the relationship has developed over time. It has moved beyond a website build into a genuine partnership, with thoughtful input, challenge, and ideas that have helped shape both the direction and functionality of our digital presence.
This is especially clear in the plans for the Safety Net Foundation platform. The platform will be a completely unique and free digital offering, designed to make accessible support available to the health and safety community. Killed Pixel have fully understood that vision and are helping bring it to life in a way that is practical, inclusive, and purpose led.
Professional, collaborative, and genuinely invested in the outcomes. The SNF would have no hesitation in recommending Tyler and Killed Pixel, a rising star to watch out for!” – Kev Robins, Founder
