Once your project is approved, you’ll receive all final files, login credentials (where relevant), and clear instructions for use. Everything is handed over professionally and securely.
Ownership & Files
You own everything we create for you. Logos, content, designs - all final files are delivered in high-res, ready for both web and print, with no hidden fees or restrictions.
Training & Support
Need help using your new assets or website? We can guide you through it. We offer walkthroughs, tutorials, or even 1:1 sessions if needed just let us know.
Included Revisions
We include 1–2 rounds of final tweaks after handover to ensure everything is spot on. Anything extra or ongoing can be arranged via a monthly support plan.
Aftercare Options
We offer flexible ongoing support from website updates to content creation. You can request updates as needed or join one of our monthly management plans.
