Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how we provide our services what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them carefully before starting any project with Killed Pixel Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Killed Pixel Ltd and the client.
By paying an invoice signing a contract or confirming a booking you agree to these terms.

2. Services We Provide
Killed Pixel Ltd offers:
• Website design and development
• Branding design and visual identity
• Social media content and management
• AI assistants and automation tools
• Digital systems including CPD platforms dashboards portals and learning tools
• Print design
• Marketing materials
• Consulting services
3. Booking and Project Start
Before any work begins:
• You will receive a contract
• You will receive a welcome pack
• You must agree to the scope timeline and deliverables
• Your project slot will be reserved once payment is received
Killed Pixel Ltd will not begin work until these requirements are met.
4. Payments
• All payments are taken upfront
• Payments are final once received
• No refunds are offered after payment
• Refunds are only considered if absolutely no work of any kind has been delivered
• Deposits and booked slots are non refundable
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash where agreed
5. Project Slots and Rescheduling
If you book a project slot that time is reserved exclusively for your work.
Bookings are non refundable. You may request a new date or time but no refund will be issued for any cancelled or unused booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
• Provide accurate information
• Supply requested content in a timely manner
• Respond to approval requests
• Provide access to accounts if needed
• Review and approve work promptly
Killed Pixel Ltd is not responsible for project delays caused by late responses or missing information.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions.
Extra revisions may incur an additional fee which will be agreed in advance.
8. Completion and Handover
A project is considered complete once:
• The agreed deliverables are provided
• The client approves the final work
Once final approval is given any further changes may be charged.
9. Custom Work and AI Systems
All websites branding digital platforms AI assistants and custom tools are created specifically for the client.
Custom work cannot be refunded once work has started.
10. Intellectual Property
• All final approved designs and websites become the property of the client once full payment is made
• All design drafts concepts and unapproved ideas remain the property of Killed Pixel Ltd
• Killed Pixel Ltd may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing
11. Limitations of Liability
Killed Pixel Ltd is not liable for:
• Loss of income
• Loss of business
• Loss of data
• Third party issues
• Website downtime caused by hosting or external tools
• Errors caused by client modifications
• Security breaches outside our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
12. Privacy and Data
Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Cancellations
You may cancel your project at any time but payments are non refundable.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
