All work is agreed in writing prior to project start. A deposit may be required to begin work.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, files, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in content delivery may affect deadlines.
3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or proposal.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional fees.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Ownership & Usage
Final, fully paid work becomes the property of the client. Killed Pixel Ltd reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revisions (as stated in the package or quote). Additional changes may incur extra fees.
6. Third-Party Tools
Our website uses WordPress, Elementor, and third-party tools including Google Analytics, Stripe, Mailchimp, Facebook Pixel, and Calendly. Usage of these tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
In the event of cancellation:

No refunds are issued for completed services or digital products.
